Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

We are sorry that you didn’t love your item but despite our best intentions, sometimes it might happen.

That’s why we wanted to make this part easy. 

1. Please email evvecollective@gmail.com and let us know four things:

A) Which item you would like to return

B) Why its being returned (eg too small, too large, etc)

C) Whether you would like an exchange, credit note or refund (see details below).

D) The email address used when placing the order. Don’t stress about the receipt as we only need this email to find your order.

2. The customer will need to pay for return shipping but we will help you out as much as we can. See details below!

3. Let us know if you would like a/an:

EXCHANGE
If your item is being exchanged, EvvE COLLECTIVE will pay for the shipping to send out the exchanged item. Yes we want you to love your purchase! (Please note this is for the first exchange only.)
CREDIT NOTE
If you wish to exchange for a credit note to use at a later date, we will email you your unique code to use when you next shop with us online. Credit notes are issued for the price paid for the garment less shipping.
REFUND
Full refund for the item returned (excluding postage) is available for full priced garments only. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. 
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
Items bought under a promotional discount eg. Welcome 10% Off First Purchase, are subject to our normal Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy.
BUY ONE ITEM GET THE SECOND ITEM HALF PRICE! 
Items bought under this promotional discount can be returned or exchanged. Any refunds processed will be subject to the first or subsequent item being paid for at Regular Retail Price (RRP). For example if the customer decides to keep the lower priced item but return the higher priced item, then the refund will be the difference calculated after the lower priced item is charged at full price rather than half price under the promotion. In other words, the item that is kept will be deemed as the full priced item.
SALES
When items are reduced in our end of season sales, these sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds on these items.
BLACK FRIDAY CYBER MONDAY VOUCHERS
If items bought under this promotion are returned for refund then the voucher received with purchase is void.

4. We would really appreciate it if this could happen within 7 days of receiving your item. Thanks so much!

5. Please remember like any store we need the item to be returned in its new, original condition with tags attached in the original packaging.

6. To save on packaging, please feel free to turn the bag it arrived in, inside out. If you have lost the original post packaging that’s fine, you’ll just need to purchase your own. Australia Post has prepaid satchels to help you out. Just ask at your local counter.

8. SUPER IMPORTANT: PLEASE TAKE A PHOTO OF THE TRACKING NUMBER ON YOUR RECEIPT AND SEND IT TO: 

evvecollective@gmail.com or 0427 098 931

All parcels sent with Australia Post come with tracking details on the receipt. By doing this you are covered if something happens on your item’s return journey to EvvE COLLECTIVE.

9. If the item you are returning is breakable, please rewrap it in the hex wrap it arrived in to protect it on its journey back to us.

10. Once your return has arrived, we will process your return!

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item we are so sorry for the inconvenience! Now let’s fix that problem.

1. Please email evvecollective@gmail.com and let us know four things:

A) The item being returned

B) What the damage or fault is

C) Whether you would like an exchange, credit note or refund (as outlined previously).

D) The email address used when placing the order. Don’t stress about the receipt as we only need this email address.

2. We will refund the cost of the postage back to us so please take a photo of your receipt when lodging it with Australia Post and send it to: evvecollective@gmail.com
